National Technology Enterprises Company (NTEC) hosted students from the Dasman Bilingual School (DBS) at their KIPCO Tower headquarters for a two-week work experience program during the month of February 2026.
This initiative aligns with one of NTEC’s CSR missions of giving back to the community through developing the knowledge base of the Kuwaiti youth. Students were assigned mentors within the company, whom they shadowed to learn about day-to-day duties and schedules, interpersonal skills in the workforce, teamwork, and what is means to be part of the company’s culture.
A graduation ceremony was held on the students’ last day of work, during which all students were presented with appreciation certificate from Group CEO Mr. Anas Meerza, in the presence of NTEC management, mentors, and the students’ supervisors.
During the ceremony Mr. Meerza highlighted the importance of such initiatives which complement students’ academic preparation and provide them with firsthand industry knowledge from the organization and its professionals.
