NTEC Group hosted its annual Summer Internship Program (NSIP) in partnership with the Public Authority of Manpower (PAM). The interns included Kuwaiti Senior university students as well as graduates from local and international universities who gained valuable work experience, developed, and refined their skills as well networked with professionals in their designated fields.
The successful partnership with PAM helps prepare, guide, and provide Kuwaiti students and graduates with suitable hands-on training experiences to introduce them to the workplace environment and the requirements of being an employee.
A completion ceremony was held for the interns on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023 at the Chairman’s Club alongside the presence of NTEC Group CEO Anas Meerza, Group CHRO Mr. Jasem AlSalman, NTEC management, mentors, and PAM representative.
