Has 21 years of experience in managing investment companies, academia and consultancy. He was heading the direct investment department in the KIA. Beside NTEC duties, Dr. Adnan is involved in various committees formed by the Kuwait Council of Ministers.
Has 29 years of experience in managing investment companies. He was a board member of Kuwait Foundation for Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) and also was the Managing Director of Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors at Kuwait Central Bank.
Mr. Abdulmajeed Alshatti, Member
Has 16 years of experience in Scientific Research. In addition, he served as a Board Member of the Housing Finance Company, Kuwait Clearing Company, and Kuwait Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company. Currently, he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Commercial Bank of Kuwait and a Board Member of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait.
Dr. Adnan Shihab-Eldin, Member
Has 39 years of experience, he has taught and directed research in the physical and engineering sciences in a number of universities and research centers. Dr Shihab-Eldin was the General manager of Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), and has published more than 150 scientific papers, articles, and reports. In addition, Dr. Adnan had served as the Executive Secretary General of OPEC.
Mr. Fouzi Al-Sultan, Member
Has 28 years of experience in economical development and reform. He was also a board member of the World Bank. Currently working as a private consultant with Kuwait's Government to support the Prime Minister's vision to make Kuwait a trade and investment hub.
Mr. Khalid Bu-Hamrah, Member
Has 35 years of experience in the oil sector. He was the Chairman of Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC) and Chariman and Managing Director of KPC (Kuwait Petroleum Company). He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of Development Enterprises Holding Company.
Mr. Jasim Al-Saadoun, Member
Has 35 years of financial experience with extensive knowledge in Kuwait and regional economies. He was a founding member of the Arab Economic Research Forum and is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of the Al-Shall Consulting & Inv. Co.
